We are a trusted and reliable company that has been family run since its early beginings in 1988. In September 2024, the company was bought out internally by Dan and Simon who have worked within the company for many years. The company worked hard for a BAFE registration which keeps all of our multi disipline engineers well trained and working to the most upto date regulations. We pride ourselves on the good name the company has in the area and this comes from our belief in our attention to detail, using good quality equipment and giving our valued customers the best possible advice along the way. Based in Weston-super-Mare, we cover a wide area in and around Somerset, Bristol, Bath, South Wales, South Gloucestershire to Devon and all the places in between. How much does a service cost?

Prices for servicing are based on a number of varying factors (the size and type of system). Contact us and with a few details of what you have and our friendly office team will help determine the costs involved.

How do I know if my fire alarm is compliant?

Has the system been tested in the last 6 months and have you been supplied with a certificate? Do you have a log book? Do all of your call points have protective covers and signs? Is there a fully labelled zone plan next to the alarm panel? For all of the above questions we can help, ultimately if the fire brigade arrived at the door, would they know where to go unaided efficiently to ensure the building and all the occupants are safe? Call point signs and covers cut down on false alarms and call outs, resettable call points significantly reduce the number of call outs we need to attend.

Do I need to pay for quotes?

No. All of our quotes are free with no obligation to proceed. If our quote is more expensive than others please get back in touch so we can compare, we only use good quality equipment in all of our installations to minimise the number of issues and problems you may get in the years to come.

I have an existing burglar alarm but I don't know the code or how to use it. What can I do?

Contact the office team and we can assess the system you have and one of our skilled engineers can see if the alarm can be reprogrammed.

Do you carry out Fire Risk Assessments?

No. We would always suggest an independant company, that has no financial gain from anything recommended, do the assessment. Contact our office and we can point you in the direction of companies our other customers have used.

Question

If I have a new installation, will there be cables everywhere?

As always we try and keep all cables hidden, sometimes trunking or conduit is unavoidable. Where trunking is used, we always caulk the edges to make a cleaner look and finish. There are a wide range of wireless options for both fire and security alarms available.
