  • Wired or Wireless

Depending on your buildings needs, we have a variety of systems to keep you safe and complient.

  • Addressable or Conventional

What's the difference? Conventional-Central panel split into zones, when the alarm activates it will show the zone and the active detector will need to be located. Addressable-Central panel wired in a loop, this system can be fully programmed to suit any needs. When the alarm activates, the display will show exactly the detector that has activated, making finding the issues much quicker and easier. Depending on what has been specified on your fire risk assessment, it may be necessary to have an Addressable system installed.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Question

After my service, will I get a certificate?

Yes. As long as there are no major issues and everything has tested correctly, then a certificate will be issued.

Question

How much does a service cost?

Our servicing and takeover pricing depends on the size and type of system installed. Please get in touch for further information.

Question

How often should my system need to be tested?

Other than your own in house weekly testing, we will come and inspect the alarm system every 6 months to keep you safe and complient with the latest regulations.

Question

I live in a flat, will I need to be in when you visit?

Ideally we would like to access all areas on a service, if you are not going to be in then please contact our office as we can arrange access and drop off a key or simply leave a key with a neighbour.

Question

How do I do a weekly test?

While our engineer is on site, they can give you a run through of how to test your system and how to fill the log book.
